Life On(line) 2020

How many times can one be born in a lifetime? You don’t have to answer that, it’s rhetorical. IMO, whenever I feel I am alive, whenever I feel I could have been dead, those are the moments of life, like really living in the moment. In other words, being born. It is feeling that I am getting a whole new life yet again. Since 2020, it is hell of a roller coaster ride for this place called Earth.

Frankly speaking I was born on-line, some where in late 90’s when I created my first Yahoo! or Indatimes accounts. The weather, the air (on-line) , the people, the decency were so much pure. Then it started becoming populated and more places were built online, Orkut, Google, Facebook, not necessary in that order, but people got enough space(on-line), yet that was over crowded. I started feeling a need for renunciation in my on-line life. I started making plans to live a bit old school.

That is when the terrible 2020 started. Work went online at the beginning. Yoga, meditation, parties, funerals, birthdays, weddings, cooking classes, schools everything followed thereafter. New universities were formed, Whatsapp university, Facebook University, and a lot more! People started getting degrees aggressively. Those without Instagram accounts and YouTube channels are shamed to death. Tens of thousands of courses are structured on how to increase immunity, mental and physical health.

By now it is mid of 2021, yet the clouds of fear, uncertainty and anguish are scattered in the minds. New life has begun. It will be never ever, ever be like earlier. Those who scale up to the new rules of life, will only survive. Survival of the fittest is the rule of nature, isnt it?
